Before you book
Questions travellers ask us
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle, for your whole group, with tolls, luggage and waiting time included. It depends on the number of passengers and whether you choose Standard or Premium.
How do I pay?
You pay a small deposit online to confirm the booking. The rest goes to your driver in the car, in cash or by card, and it is exactly the amount written on your confirmation.
What if my flight is delayed?
Waiting time is included. When you land, press “I've landed” in your booking and your driver knows you are on your way to the exit.
Can I bring golf bags, bikes or a pushchair?
Yes. Tell us when you book and we send a vehicle they fit in. On golf transfers there is always room for one bag per golfer.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Ask for them when you book and we only assign drivers who carry them.
Who will drive me?
A local driver with a VTC or taxi licence, from our network of more than 100 on the Costa del Sol. You get their name, car and phone before the trip.
