Weddings and events
A wedding on the Costa del Sol is rarely held where the guests are sleeping. The ceremony is at a country estate in the hills above Marbella or Mijas, the reception at a beachfront hotel, and the guests are spread across apartments in Puerto Banús, hotels on the Golden Mile and villas in Estepona. Many fly in from the UK, Scandinavia or Germany and don't know the roads.
We organise the whole thing: guests' arrivals from the airport in the days before, shuttles between the hotels and the ceremony venue, the couple's car, and staggered returns at the end of the night, so nobody has to wait for the party to finish or drive after the toasts.
We work the same way for any event: milestone birthdays, anniversaries, private parties in villas or group dinners. Tell us how many people, where they are staying and the timings, and we'll propose how many vehicles you need and when each one leaves.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner the better, especially between May and October, the busy wedding season on the coast. Ask for a quote as soon as you know the date and venue; the details can be adjusted later.
Can you move all the guests at once?
Yes, with several coordinated cars and minibuses. The usual approach is a couple of outbound departures and several return ones, so every guest can leave when they want.
Which car will the couple travel in?
A premium saloon. We don't promise a specific make or model, but we do promise a high-end car, immaculate, with the driver dressed for the occasion.
Do you work with wedding planners?
Yes. If you have a planner, we coordinate timings directly with them and keep you copied in.
How is payment handled?
We send you a fixed quote in writing. The payment method and schedule come with the quote.
